Is there anything in the guide indicating how to evade the border patrol?
How to jump the fence?

I believe the guide tells you how NOT to die in the process. It also
encourages you to obtain 1) a passport, 2) a visa. It also tells you not to
attack the patrol if you get caught. Is there anything illegal here? If
so, please shed some light.
