Subject: Canadian TN visa holder going to Laredo to renew his TN Posted on: Wed, 12 Jan 2005 22:51:10 +0000 (UTC)

Hello:

I'm a Canadian citizen and my TN visa expire on Feb.06, 2005. I'm
thinking about going to Laredo, Mexico POE to renew it. What if I'm
denied the visa, will they let me into the US pack up and go back to
Canada? Also, my wife is a Pakistani passport holder and she will be
going with me too to renew her TD visa. She got her last TD in Pakistan
and they gave her TD valid through 2008. Will they give her any
trouble? Please help.
