You need a certified translation. A notary just verified that you
signed it. Did the notary speak Urdu? How did they know it was even
translated correctly?
I googled for certified Urdu translations and came up with several
companies in the US. Contact some that are located in the US and see if
they are used by people who are submitting applications to USCIS.
I know that the University of Toronto is often used for translating and
evaluating academic credentials for work visa applications and they are
respected by USCIS.
