Just to confirm, it's not even a close run thing. You have no rights as
parents of an under 21 year old US citizen child.

The BCIS would argue, you can leave them in the USA and you can leave or
you can take them with you. Either way, you have to leave unless you go
down the work / student visa route like the millions of others.

For the record, millions more "babies" would be be born in the USA were
this a fast route to immigration - don't you think ?
