Subject: Question concerning application for reentry permit for a child Posted on: Mon, 21 Feb 2005 01:29:26 +0000 (UTC)

I have a five year old son. Both he and I are permanent residents for
about a year. I want to send him to China to live with his mother for
two years. My question is how I should fill out the I-131 form to get a
reentry permit for him. Should I just fill out the form and then make
him sign it? Or should I (as his legal guardian) sign it for him. Any
reply is appreciated.
