Are you saying that as a non-Canadian you are currently using the NAFTA
TN visa for living and working in the US? If so, how are you able to do
this? It was my belief it is only open to Canadian citizens.

Or are you saying that you are Canadian of French extraction? If so,
you are Canadian and not French unless you also hold citizenship in both
France and Canada.
