Quite possibly. Anyone who does anything that could get themselves
imprisoned should be prepared to spend time with lots of unusual
people. I think some effort is usually made to hold people with
others who have done things of about the same seriousness.

Before he gets picked up by immigration enforcement people, certainly.
Possibly also after arrest.

Don't understand the question. What about them?

Don't know. He's supposed to have them with him at all times, but I
imagine they'd go with him to get them if necessary.
