You should ask a lawyer if you need a deifnitive answer. Having said
that, yes you would be breaking US law. Even though the US allows dual
citizenship it considers you a US citizen subject to US law. Your
Canadian citizenship would not provide any protection from prosecution.
In this day of national security databases, a trip to Cuba is on the
record. While the probably of not being found out are in your favour,
there is always a risk.
