Well, please re-read it yourself. The Seihoon v. Levy ruling was a
ruling in favor of the then INS. the 60-90 rule is a DoS rule.
As I mentioned, I didn't say that it is a "foolproof way." You put that
phrase in my mouth. According to the lawyer I quoted, CIS usually
follows it. So, it is not foolproof, but, barring extraordinary
circumstances, has manageable risks.

With all due respect to Mr. Folinsky (that's his name, folinskyinla is
just his screen handle, since he is located in LA,) his opinion on this
matter is as valid as the one that I quoted. What we have here are two
lawyers with differing opinions. Which one to believe is a matter of
personal preference (and actual CIS or BIA decisions.)
