New to the group.... Hi all,

I am contemplating getting a TN1 visa to work in US with an intention of
getting permanent residence in US. I am a Canadian citizen.

How long does it take to get TN1 visa? Can I still get it at the airport or
land entry port? What sort of visa will my wife have to have? I know this
much that she cannot work in US, unless she gets her own TN1.

How long I have to be in US to apply for green card?
