First of all, a TN is temporary work status and you must maintain a
permanent domicile in Canada. There is no provision in the NAFTA treaty to
adjust to pemanent resident status for TNs, although there have been recent
cases of adjustment.

You don't mention what her citizenship is, but if she is Canadian and
accompanying you, she will be issued a TD when you receive your TN, if you
can prove you are married. (Marriage license). If she is a citizen of a
country other than Canada or the US, she will need a valid passport and a
valid, unexpired non-immigrant visa.
