If you've spent a total of 24 months in your home country since you
returned from your first trip, then you have fullfilled the requirement
regardless of whether you should have had it in the first place.
If you can document this, you have no reason to worry. You are free of
the requirement.
They don't give a second 2 year home residency requirement (source: US
Embassy in a Eastern European country)
