Hello (again),

My girlfriend has been here two years entering as B-1in May-03. She applied
for an extension in Nov-03. She then received a "request for evidence"
letter from INS which she ultimately did not respond to. INS sent a final
notice in Apr-04 stating her application for extension was denied due to
abandonment. It has been nearly a year since that letter. When would they
begin deportation proceedings? (we plan to marry very soon and still hope
she can adjust her status...)
