My wife passed her naturalization exam on 3/8, and will be sworn in shortly
after passing her security clearance. My question concerns her adult
daughter who we filed a I-130 for her to immigrate to the US. The I-130 was
filed while my wife was a permament resident. I need to know how do I change
the status of the daughter with the BCIS in Nebraska from Family Preference
2B to Family Preference 1 after my wife is sworn in as a citizen?
