Shouldn't be a problem. You can simply mention it at the interview, and
the interviewer will correct it right then.

One thing that may arouse some curiosity is the fact that, according to
your statement, she used that name *only* for buying a house. Given that
this involves all kinds of credit checks, it seems odd, so you may want
to be prepared to explain (don't volunteer the explanation, just have it
ready in case he asks).
