A little history:
I am planning to marry a Japanese woman who lives in Tokyo. She's divorced,
age 57. I'm never married, age 57, a US citizen.
We have know each other 4+ years. I have been to Tokyo to see her and she
has been here for a total of 20 weeks. She's here now on a 6 week vacation
and will return to Japan. We are in no hurry to be married and neither of
us have any history of evil deeds.
Through this newsgroup, I've found my way to "US immigration Support" which
offers manuals and forms for @ $50 to help guide me through the paperwork.
Being of reasonable intelligence, I'm assuming that I can fill out the
proper forms and successfully bring her here, be married, and live happily
ever after. The manuals that I think that I need are: "green card thru
marriage" and "K-1 fiancé visa". Does anyone have any experience with
these manuals or pro/con suggestions.
Thank you
