I am a Canadian PR living in Toronto since 2001. Before that I
was in USA for 6 years and my second son was born there. That
makes him a US citizen. I just realized that his passport is
expiring next month.

Looking at the web site of Canadian Embassy in Toronto, it seems
that his passport can not be renewed by mail. So we have to go
to Embassy in person. Couple of questions:-

(1) Do we both have to go to Consulate for renewal
or my wife (mom of the child) can go along with
the child.

(2) Do we have to take an appointment for this. The
web site talks about appointment for only non immigration
visa etc. It does not talk about appointment for US citizens.
