There are different conditions applicable to people born to US citizen
parent(s) depending on the time frames they were born in. It is difficult to
say Yes or No without knowing the details of when the child was born and the
status of the parents at the time the child was born.
Refer the case to Nationality Chart 1 or Chart 2.
