Subject: Mandamus complaint and movement to a different State Posted on: Sat, 7 May 2005 17:16:34 +0000 (UTC)

When I file a lawsuit against USCIS to compel action on Naturalization
question, I have to do it in the District Court where I live. However,
can I move afterwards to a different State and still have my case
processed by the same court where I used to live, or would the court
drop the case for lack of jurisdiction?

Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks.
