Subject: National Visa Service -- pay a lawyer? Posted on: Tue, 10 May 2005 21:17:00 +1000

I've "won" a Green Card via the National Visa Service organization,
which I know isn't a scam because two of my friends have won through
them in the past and gotten their Card. My question relates to their
offer of having a US lawyer handle the finalization of the process...
is it worth it? The alternative is to fill out the rest of the forms
myself... is this hard to do? I'm scared I may make a mistake and
ruin everything, and so may pay up... but at US $1250 it isn't cheap.
