The courtsummons for the annulment states in her complaint that when I
married her that I was only interested in "bolstering my immigration status"
and that the marriage was not "consumated by .ual relation" etc. That
implies immigration fraud on my side.
The real reson why she filed the lawsuit for annulment was that I refused to
sign a mortgage where she would have been the sole beneficiary. She would
have gotten approx. $80.000 in cash. I would have been on the financing on
the house and could have paid for that the rest of my life. Since we already
had problems I had no intentions on getting in a 30 year financial
obligation with her. My credit rating is exellent meaning we would have
gotten a low interest rate. She refinanced her house anyway, stating she is
an unmarried person (we are still married), got cash ... but pays now 12.9%
interest. Lying on a mortgage application is mortgage fraud.
