We are all green card holders (kids and parents), I can eligible for
citizenship soon, I would like to do some business in Software in
India, I would like to take my family also for 6 months, please suggest
me how to do, since I have bank accounts, stocks and all, whether to
vacate the home in US, if I vacate completely, where to send my bank
statements, also is there any alternative is there?. With GC, can I do
business in India?. Also do I have to report all those returns in India
to US IT returns?. Is it legal?. Please suggest me if any clauses are
there?. I don't want to loose my GC at all. But I would like to start
small business in India. Thanks for your advice.
