Your post-secondary degree and the job description must match one of
the TN-allowed professions. Computer programmer/developer is not on
the list, for example, so programmers are not eligible for TN status.
Assuming it's a TN suitable job, and you have the appropriate degree,
you need an offer letter from the company. This should contain the
job title, description of duties, salary, duration of employment (1
year maximum for TN) . There is a lot of TN-related information
