Subject: Rejected Petition for K-1 Posted on: Sun, 19 Jun 2005 14:07:11 EDT

Perhaps you guys may have info that may help us. (I am the petitioner for
fiance). I chose the exception route, because of a medical problem with
blood clots forming while extended travel. (same as the anchor guy who died
in Iraq from heart attack) He didn't know he had the problem, I am very
aware of it. I had many encounters that where near fatal over the years
until the cause was found. Simply travel by long car, aircraft, or
stationary for extended time. I did not make the problem sound too drastic
or important as I should have I guess.
Perhaps this is not something the exception rule was for, as I thought
it was. I now have less than 30 days to appeal... what suggestions would you
have?
(It was from Vermont service center) I will check in here every few
hours to see your replies. I will, get all the documentation I can possibley
get, if it was only the lack of evidence. Tks for any help on this
