Hi all,
About the fiancé visa, I understand that in order to be with my gf in the US
asap i need to go there, apply for the K1 visa and marry within 90 days of
entering the US.Or am I wrong?
What if I go as a tourist on my regular tourist visa for the maximum length
of 90 days and then file for a K1 visa?
Ie, can we be together for 6 instead of three months before we marry ?
Or would I have to come back home after the initial 90 days, in wich I'm not
allowed to work, and then return to the US and file for a K1 right away?
