Try using 51231 as your zib code. It will give you omaha district
office. In case any one ask you at CIS office at Omaha about the wrong
zip code, tell them that you are instructed to come to Omaha office but
could not make an appointment using the real zip code. It is unlikely
they will ask, but be prepared for the answer.
