You shouldn't have any problem finishing school, OPT, and then
departing. The problem could come when seeking to enter or visit the US
in the future when showing immigrant intent. A pending I-130 doesn't
automatically prevent someone from entering as a visitor or a student,
but it can make your burden to prove that you don't have an intent to
immigrate much harder to prove.

The answers to your two questions are both NO.
