I have a question that relates to this. what if my brother is already
in the US? i am aware that he has to apply for AOS. does that take the
same time as when he resides out of country at the time of filing? in
other words, does his stay here at the time of applying will speed up
the process?
a final question, if he was here and applied for AOS, can he also apply
for EAD and work here even if it takes 12 years to get his green card???
