Yeah, that's what the anti-immigrants around Rep. Tankredo and others
before him have claimed before. Just that nobody else thinks this would
work.
They try to argue with the intent of the clause in the 14th amendment.
They have tried that argument for at least 10 years...

These kinds of bill have been introduced every year for the last decade
or so, and have all died in committee. See
