I have received the date for my citizenship interview in Baltimore on
December 15th. I only applied a few months ago so was surprised to
receive this so quickly. The web site says they are still processing
applications from November 2004. Does anyone know if this is the date of
people who are now being called for the oath ceremony?
Also, the letter says the proceeding will take two hours and that this
is an "initial" interview. Does it really take this long, and what
reasons could there be to get called back for another interview?
If anyone has been asked for documents at their interview that are not
on the checklist, please let me know.
Thanks!
