I didn't explain myself very well.
We have been interviewed and had the medical in July and the fiscal
year ends in October.
For a long period, we have been in huge financial problems and could
not afford the airplane fare to N.Y. from Italy, but things cleared out
around Mid-December and we were going to "board the plane" on January
3rd.
Naturally, Murphy was watching and the kid got a lung infection, so my
wife had to stay behind to assist him (No relatives), and the Visa
expired on Jan 6th.
So, the fiscal year was already gone...
