Wow what a bitch! Why didn't you wait for your interview and then
divorced her? That would have given you at least LPR status. I have
heard that proving marriage fraud is very difficult to do. I am not
sure why would she claim that in the first place when she should know
that she could easily be fined and put in jail and you most likely will
only be facing the life ban from the U.S. meaning that you'll never
come back.
