Wasn't it her house to begin with? Was she trying to add you to the
mortgage but not the deed?
Hmm, that might be fraud if she were the beneficiary, but what benefits
was she gaining? Wasn't the immigration benefit your permanent
residency?
It sounds to me as if she just wants out of the marriage without
any financial or continuing immigration obligations. Hope you can
sort this out.
