My housekeeper obtained a B-1 visa good for one year (multiple entry). But
when she entered the US, they stamped the passport with a 3 months
expiration date. Does she have to leave the country and reenter again in
order to get the full one year time on the visa? Or is it possible to get
this extended by visiting the local immigration office? Thanks.
