Yes, thats the problem. When she entered instead of getting the full year
which the B-1 visa is valid for, they only gave 3 months on the I-94. Does
this mean that she can either (1) file the I-539 to continue to stay in the
US, which costs $200 or (2) leave and come back into the country on another
I-94 which costs the time and expense to go out and come back?
