Also the country to which she would be deported to is Canada. The
sister is probably a US Citizen and either can obtain the necessary
medical treatment in Canada or cross the border for it in one of the
border states.
He said the father did the time and Mom got off with probation. So if
Dad is a Canadian as well and only a US PR, then he is in the same hole
she is in.
I thought there was no dispensation for drug trafficking
