Hi:

I can't resist -- this is really "Immigration 101" ;)

US Immigration law involves a lot of dichotomies: the FIRST being that
the world's population is divided into two parts: US Citizens/Nationals
and everyone else. Everyone else are called "aliens." This is the
FIRST substantive definition in the Immigration & Nationality Act --
Section 101(a)(3).
