I should have mentioned it to French, who had initiated the thread.

BTW, thanks for all (crg et al). Since you are experts in this area,
just wanted to confirm with you guys a few questions..

I am on H1B and my Wife is on H4 (Dependent visa) valid until 200
Jan.
Our I-485 is pending for last 8-months.

My wife and I are expecting a baby and my wife wants to have the bab
in India where all our family members live.

In case the I-485 gets adjusted while she is away how can we get th
baby to US?

Please see, We have a valid visa and also we would take the Advance
Parole.
