Thank you for your answer.

No, my husband didn't meet the requirements when I turned in my AOS
paperwork 2 years ago. We sent I-864 for him and for my friend, who
agreed to co-sign. However, I sent supporting documnets, e.g. tax
returns, only for my friend, because he didn't have any at a time. I
didn't know that we will have to submit his tax returns for the past 3
years, even though he is not qualified. Now I am a little bit worried,
because the interview is next months and we only have his tax return
(filed together) form the last year.
