greetings!
i was a permanent resident since 1990 of jan together with my folks i
was about 10 years old then,,, i stayed in the US for 5 straight years
so did my parents ,, until i went back home to my country of origin
where i chose to continue to study but still reside back in the states
where my parents are. when we were all eligible for naturalization we
all filed all the neccessary documents and was later schedule for
interview. all except for me where my interview was reschedule over and
over again since i was in school and it was conflict with my schooling.
so everyone became citizen. going back and forth in the state i applied
for re entry and was granted every time, so about the year 1999 i would
then just go back to my folks every 2 years i was in college at that
time, and since the re entry permit would allow me. then after college i
continued to medicine wch took me another 4 years. which in between i
would go back to the states with my re enrty permit. now my problem is
i have finish my degree, i have a wife and a daughter also, how can i
bring them to the states the fastest way? do i still need to re do my 5
year continous stay in the states AGAIN despite i have done it before or
do i just do the 3 month stay in my district.i dont see a lot of case
like mine coz some after completing the requirement for naturalization
would instantly apply for it and get it through without the delay. i
really need some help or opinion asap.
