A friend of mine had her baby here while on a tourist visa. She wen
back to her country within the duration of her status on the I-94. Sh
did not overstay.
This year someone else is able to sponsor her for a GC. Will she hav
problems when she applies for the the grenn card? She says she did no
intentd to have the baby here when she came as a tourist, but afte
being here she thoguth it would be a good idea....is she stil
eleigible for a GC?
Has anybody experience this? :confused
