How are we supposed to know what your sister's plan is? Is she apply
for immigrant visa for you? Or visit visa? Or ...you get my drift?
She could merely be filing I-130 petition in which case, you are not
getting any visa for a long logn time...but your sister might make you
think it's just around the corner if she is like my sister who think by
saying stupid things, she is making others feel better about the long
wait.
