Once you're divorced, yes... the federal government can not force you to
stay married.
Yes... but because you are not a USC, it will take about 15 years...
that's about as long as it will take for a visa to become available.
Do you have conditions on your PR status? If so, you should file
immediately to remove the conditions once your divorce is final. If not,
no worries.
By and large, nothing will happen... however, the chance of you two
living together in the US in the near future is very, very slim. If you
were to become a USC, things will speed up considerably.
