Hello,

I am currently on H-1B Visa and work for a software company. I own a
convenience store which is a C-Corporation since last 2 years. I don't
get paid from the business and I have 2 employees who manage the
business.

I was wondering if it was possible to sponsor my wife (Who is on H-4
visa) for green card through this business as a future
employee(Manager).

Would my being the owner create any problems. My company is in process
of starting my Green card process.

Any help is appreciated.
