Its better to contact your Congressional Rep. However, it wont do you
much good - youve been interviewed, just wait for it to happen. if you
cant, make an infopass appointment and go to CIS. They will tell you
what they tell everyone, Its still pending.
Once apporved you will probably get your card in a couple of weeks
like Amanda did - but she is confused by the difference between
approval and pending.
