If you want to do this legally, you apply for a K-1 fiancee visa for
her. It will take anywhere from 4 months to a year as long as there are
no other issues, and will cost about $1000 for all the forms, medical
tests, police clearances, and other stuff. Once she has the visa, she
has 6 months in which to use it, and within 90 days of her entry to the
US, you must get married. After marriage, you must file for adjustment
so that she can become a permanent resident.
