F4 visa with children Posted on: Fri, 24 Mar 2006 18:00:56 +0000

My mom's case for F4 visa is in progress with NVC. My Aunt filed for her
and kids. Now 2 of the kids are above 21 years and according to the law
children under 21 years can only come with her. But NVC has now send the
visa fees for all the children including the kids above 21 years. What
does this mean? I called NVC they said its upto the officer in the
embassy, u pay the fees may be they get the visa. Can this happen bc i
know the fees are nonrefundable, and it is not for 1 kid its for 2.
Plz repond somebody

Thanks
