If you want to go back to your home country, all you need is a passport
(from that country) ; if your husband has stolen it, you may apply for a new
one at the consulate.
They, you just have to take a plane ticket and leave. Keep in mind however
that that may be a one way flight as it will become increasingly difficult
for you to justify a non-immigrant intent.

But if you don't want to come back to the US, just take your passport and go
!

Alternatively, if you want to remain in the United States, you may fly
overnight
to another state and can still gain permanent residence. More info:
