I came to the united states on a k-1 visa in may 2004, gotten a 2 yrs
greencard since december 2004, but my predicament is that i just got
charged for a DUI and although i pleaded not guilty and the case is
still pending in court i wonder how its going to affect my status in
its entirety if i get found guilty as my lawyer has informed me 90%
of the time DUI defendants are charged guilty. Some expat advices
needed here pls.
