You have to fill a form in on the plane, actually you can get one
at check in.
A declaration of this sort pretty much guarantees a trip to secondary,
an area where they quiz you more thoroughly.
What happens next is down to the Officer, my guess, note guess, would be
refusal. And an expensive trip home.
You could apply for a B2 Visa at the US Consulate in London on the
basis of your inadmissability, they could decline or tell you you can
use the VWP.
No obvious simple answer.
